Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones Ryzoid uses and why.
Ryzoid's artist dashboard uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). These are required for the dashboard to work and can't be switched off.
We use Matomo, configured with privacy-friendly settings (such as IP anonymization), to understand how visitors use Ryzoid. This helps us see which channels and pages are popular and where things break. Matomo does not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.
Channels and release pages play music videos using YouTube's embedded player. Playing a video loads content directly from YouTube, and YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data about that playback, independent of Ryzoid. This is covered by YouTube's own cookie and privacy policies, not by us.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the necessary sign-in cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to the artist dashboard. Blocking YouTube's cookies is controlled by your browser or Google account settings, not by Ryzoid.
We may update this statement if the cookies we or our providers use change. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
